1 – A preventive access control gate

The TF1000-Evo LK, programmed via a control station, provides controlled flow management to ensure safe passage through the lock for pedestrians. In the event of imminent danger, such as a potential storm, strong winds or rising tide, the gates are blocked, making it impossible to cross the footbridge.

2 – Intuitive signage

To make crossing the lock’s pedestrian footbridge safer, the intelligent signage system provides independent access for people, signalling when it is impossible to cross:

  • Flashing beacon off: the crossing is accessible and not dangerous.
  • Flashing beacon: passage is interrupted, crossing is risky.

3 – Safe crossing, saving time every day

Thanks to the installation of this gate, hundreds of employees cross the Loubet lock in complete safety every day. Day or night, the passage is a real shortcut. It saves more than 20 minutes travelling time to the other end of town.

Logistics access

The gate is simple and innovative. It can be installed on its own or in a battery, alongside a conventional turnstile such as the TF1000 Evo, to provide pedestrian access as well as logistical access. The TF1000-Evo LK gate allows logistics access in both directions. If authorised by the access control system, the gate leaf is released and can be operated manually in the desired direction.
