Bolloré Protection SAS continues to grow!
As part of our development, we are looking for an after-sales service technician a9> M/F who can travel throughout the entire Island of France. Travel daily through the region of the Island of France, vehicle provided for work purposes, meals covered in full.
Your mission
- Install and connect our equipment at our customers’ sites. (Automatic gates, security gates, electric fences, etc.).
- Carry out troubleshooting and preventive and corrective maintenance on our equipment.
- Audit, advise and train our customers.
- If necessary, manage a team (temporary workers, subcontractors).
A training course lasting 3 to 6 months in pairs will be provided for you, to help you integrate into the company and ensure you are a16> quickly achieve a high degree of autonomy in your work.
Your profile
- Initial training Bac + 2 or equivalent in the technical field with a strong electrical engineering orientation
- Minimum 2 years’ experience
- B driving licence required
You have the following skills and qualities:
- Strong customer relations skills: sense of service, patience, quality of care and follow-up.
- Punctuality.
- Extremely rigorous monitoring of your work, good organisational skills and initiative.
- Autonomy and adaptability.
