BOLLORÉ Protection is an industrial company that designs, manufactures and installs innovative security systems for sensitive sites. As part of its development, it is necessary to strengthen the teams by hiring new technical and commercial staff.

Project Manager / Business Manager (M/F)

Main responsibilities:

Reporting to the Project Engineer and working closely with the regional sales manager, the role involves managing the company’s orders, from the moment they are signed to customer delivery. In this context, the role holder is responsible for optimising the operating margin at the end of the project.
The position involves the following main tasks:

– CUSTOMER RELATIONS:
In relation with the regional sales manager, the project manager is responsible for project customer relations to ensure the successful implementation of the a13> project concerning the functionalities of products in the customer environment, the deadlines, the organisation of construction sites, the quality of materials delivered.

–TECHNICAL MANAGEMENT AND LOGISTICS:
In collaboration with the technical director and the logistics manager logistics, the project manager provides the necessary a15> elements necessary for the manufacture and logistics organisation of the project for which he is responsible.

– MANAGEMENT OF MONITORING AND CONSTRUCTION SITE:
In collaboration with the purchasing manager, the project manager initiates the interventions of our
subcontractors, the aspects of planning. He supervises the technicians of the company at the launch of a28> construction sites and provides them with a32> elements of contexts that they need to know.

– FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT :
The Head of Projects is responsible for optimising the operating margin of each project. a9> the operating margin of each project.

Qualities and skills required:

Possessing strong organisational skills, a leader in the implementation of a project, the candidate with technical training or project management skills, also has the following skills:

• General knowledge of organisation of construction sites and electricity
• Spirit of synthesis
• Meaning of teamwork
• Qualities writing
• Proficiency in office and design tools (Microsoft Office Suite, SAGE X3 enterprise ERP, Visio, AutoCAD)

Environment of work:

As part of the Projects Department (10 people), the candidate will join a team of 6 project managers. Requiring occasional but regular travel throughout France, the position may be based in:

• in Treillières (near Nantes 44) – company headquarters
• in Port Marly (Paris region, 78)
• Working from home based in the region of NORTH EAST with one a5> training in pairs carried out in Treillières with a Senior project manager for a13> a duration varying between 6 months and one year.

Equipped with a vehicle with five seats, a computer and a mobile phone company, the head of projects relies on a design office, an Project Engineer and a Technical & Methods Assistant to carry out the elements of technical studies necessary for the implementation of projects.
